Privacy Policy

Square Swipe (the "app") is a single-player puzzle game for mobile devices, published by Taha Sümer Deveci. This policy explains how the app handles personal data.

1. Data we collect

We collect no personal data. The app makes no network connections and transmits no information to us or to anyone else. It does not use device or advertising identifiers, does not request your location, and contains no advertising, analytics or other third-party software.

2. Data stored on your device

The app saves your game progress and settings in its own storage on your device, so that they are still there next time you play. This information remains on your device, is never transmitted, and contains nothing that identifies you. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

3. Sharing

We share no data, because we hold none. The app store you installed the app from handles your download under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

4. Children

The app is suitable for all ages. As it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children — including children under 13 under the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and children under the applicable age of consent in the EEA and the UK.

5. Your rights

Laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights over personal data held about you, such as access, correction and deletion. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to provide, correct or erase, and we have never sold or shared personal information. You are welcome to contact us with any request.

6. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app introduces anything involving personal data, this policy will be updated and its effective date changed before that version is released.
